Shipping + Returns
 

All our products are created with quality materials.  We make pieces that last, and if they don't we want to know about it. Our commitment to you as a customer is to be sure that you like what you ordered and if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to refund your money or exchange your purchased item(s). Because of the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns unless they arrived damaged or defective. 

We will re-string your mala if it breaks free of charge for returning customers.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Your order will arrive within 5-7 days of shipping.

For Product return please follow the following instructions:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns can be made within 10 days of purchase.

2. Please return your product in its original packaging.

3. Your money will be refunded within 2-3 weeks as of the date we receive the product back, minus shipping costs.

Please Note:

- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance.

CLASS CANCELATION: Any class cancelations require 72 hours for refund (less processing fees) if requested by customer. No refunds will be allowable if class is not cancelled with the stated time.
